Tell us a little bit about the product you sell online: We offer high-quality, made-to-order desserts like Artisan chocolates, Texas pecans, and impeccably fresh dairy products – made with the most superior ingredients.

What is the biggest obstacle you've had to overcome to sell your product online?:
To keep our products fresh for delivery, when ordered online and also to maintain the highest quality service for each customer.
 
What was the hardest part about taking the leap and starting your own business?: Starting, owning and running own business is challenging, but rewarding. Hardest part is to believe in what you’re doing, Stay the course, stay healthy, and to surround yourself with positive individuals.

What motivated you to start your own business?

My passion for baking began in 1983. Summoned by my mother during the holiday season to bake chocolate chip pecan cookies, I quickly developed a love for the art. I’ve spent years studying and perfecting the art of baking lemon bars, pecan pralines, and of course chocolate chip pecan cookies. Sweet Luxuries Boutique Bakery was launched in the fall of 2007

What is the main goal of your eCommerce site as it relates to your customers?: Convenience, User-friendliness and clean design.

What eCommerce software do you use for your site?: We use eStore Advanced http://www.estoreadvanced.com/ The staff at eStore really helped us set up our online store and familiarized us with their software. The generous, 30-day trial offer enabled me to preview my shopping cart and navigate its user-friendly software.

Tell us about the payment solutions you use in your store. Have you had good/bad experiences with those?: We use the Payment Gateway offered by eStore guys. We use their NTPnow gateway and their Merchant Account Services. It’s good, they provide good service.

If you could rebuild the site now, would you go with something else?: Not at all. What I appreciate most about eStore Advanced is the customer service. The representatives have gone above and beyond the call of duty, even offering to help me beyond their normal office hours.

What is your favorite feature in said software?:
Lot of things. But mostly - Clean Design, user friendly software and impeccable customer service. eStore Advanced customer service is extremely patient which is an uncommon virtue in a company these days.

What made you choose that software for your site?: eStore Advanced was recommended to us by our web designer. The designer had success with other websites which he created with eStore and suggested that we use the same company.

What do you feel sets your eCommerce site apart from your competitors?: Our site has a very clean design. The layout of the website is user friendly and can be easily navigated. And on top, eStore platform streamlines the process of creating a customer database as well as accounting system.
